28 day declutter, Minimalism here I come …

Trying to get your life in order isn’t easy and often times we get overwhelmed before we ever get started and so we never start at all. I struggled with this many times over the years. I have searched high and low for the magic list or book, podcast, you tube etc… I never found it. So I decided to make my own list of starting points for myself and I figured id share it just in case anyone else might find it helpful. This list is for beginners who don’t know what to do or where to start. If you don’t have much time per day that’s is ok you can do a glance and just clear what immediately stands out without pulling everything all out.

Before deep diving this 1st round is only round 1 it takes many to really get where you will feel like you see the bigger picture fully but this will give you a glimpse of what’s to come if you follow through and make it happen. When doing tasks used these questions to help put things in perspective and to get real about what you really do need and what is just wasting space.

Questions to ask when looking at things to get rid of.
  • Do I like this?
  • If I were shopping would I buy this again?
  • What is the worst thing that would happen if I got rid of this?
  • Is this item worth the space it takes up?
